LinkHub provides a platform for creating and managing link-in-bio pages with conversion optimization features including:

• Bio page creation and customization
• Link management and organization
• Lead capture forms and analytics
• E-commerce and payment processing
• Third-party integrations
• Analytics and reporting tools

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 13 years old (or age of consent in your jurisdiction)

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• You may export your data for 30 days
• We may delete your account and data
• Outstanding payments remain due

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkHub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
